Ques:I already had a LabVIEW Run-Time Engine installed on my computer, but I still can’t access the Virtual Lab?

Ans: In case you are a LabVIEW user and already have a LabVIEW Run-Time Engine installed on your computer, check the version of the Run-Time Engine. Virtual Labs will only work with the LabVIEW 2010 and 2013 Run-Time Engine. (Download the LabVIEW 2010 and 2013 Run-Time Engine)

Ques:I have downloaded and installed the LabVIEW 2010 and 2013 Run-Time Engine, but I still can’t access the Virtual Lab?

Ans: It is probable that your browser is blocking the execution of the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine. This will be shown in the Information Bar (on the top of the browsing area) in browsers like Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox. Right-click on the Information window and allow the plug-in to run.

Ques:My browser blocks access to a program when I open the Virtual Lab window. What do I do?

Ans: Allow your browser to run the program by right clicking on the Information Bar of the browser and clicking on “Allow Access” (Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox).

Ques:I am still not able to access the Experiment window by click on Perform Experiment button. What i need to do?. What do I do?

Ans: It means JAVA is blocking the launch of experiment application. But you can perform the experiment by opening the .exe(Application) file from your computer. The file is available in your Computer at C:\VLAB\(Experiment folder)\(Experiment.exe). For example for launching Digital signal processing tools run the following file : C:\VLAB\DSP\DSP_4.4.exe
